The fact that it was short sessions made it possible to implement the workout in a busy schedule.

“I just love these 20 min workouts – even on a busy day you always find the time for these sessions. The fact that you only need a mat and a little floor space to do the workout is also great! I am loving the different sessions with the “short” time on each exercise that makes the 20 minutes go really fast. As an equestrian, I believe fitness is important. This workout program, with its short, but effective workouts, can be a great tool for starting to build that up. First of all, it’s for equestrians, designed to work the muscles an equestrian needs to work. There is no equipment required – all that’s needed is a flat area. And the time needed isn’t absorbent, but it is still effective and just the right level of challenge. Plus, and this is a big thing for me, it’s not over the top, or extravagant. Someone is not screaming cheesy motivation at you, there’s not glaring lights, it doesn’t have this false sense of enthusiasm. But it’s not dull and boring either. I would definitely recommend this program to my fellow equestrians who are looking to start building their fitness to benefit their riding. I believe I get more out of my riding lessons, and am a more effective rider, when I’m fitter. This program is a great way to either jump into that fitness journey or continue it.
